all sharing the same vision for the young people we work with and be focused on the

experience of the children in their care.

Learning Together - Excel CI’s people will have a passion for learning and see

opportunities to learn in everything we do to change the future of children’s lives.

Celebrate every Achievement - Excel  recognises that all achievements for both

young people and the staff group must be celebrated to support growth

and development both personally and professionally.

Be Creative and Passionate - Excel will inspire young people through the work they

do, push the boundaries, “think outside the box”, and not be afraid to make a

mistake.

Autonomy in Practice - Excel staff will have a leadership mentality in the work they
